Health kit not working in Iphone-5

I am using I phone-5 with IOS-8.1 but the default Health app is not showing any result on my dash board inspite of enabling them.

Do i need any third party app to support, Where in Iphone-5S it is working properly without any third party app. Can anyone help in this regard??
