when I updated my iPad mini 3 ios 8.1.2 it worked only once and never again I plug my charger as they say to do I also started my iTunes on my pc when I connect my iPad with the usb cable it works but not on iTunes wifi sync need help fast

The instructions do not help.
In addition, while my old, original iPad and version 1 Apple TV show up on iTunes, my iPhone 5s and my iPad Air do not show unless physically connected with a cable.
