    If you want to use a different account in the stores on your iPad then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap 'sign out' on the popup and then login with the account that you want to use. Any apps etc on your iPad that were downloaded by the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account, so only that account can potentially redownload them and/or download updates to them.

     

    If you want to use a different account for iCloud then Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then log in with the other account
