I have an old Iphone 4s from which the WiFi is broken.
Now I want to know if it's possible to put an iPod's software to an iPhone. So if you connect your iPhone (than with the iPod's software) to iTunes, iTunes will see the it as an iPod.
I think it's possible.
But how?

If you are trying to use an old iPhone like an iPod, see this support document. Using an iPhone without a wireless service plan - Apple Support There is no special iPod software to use.
But I know on a iPod touch is a different software (The whole thing e.g no contacts and no callling) than on a iPhone 4s. So I need to know if it's possible to clear really CLEAR your entire iPhone so it's completely blanc, and after put an iPod software on it.
Again, as I said earlier, there is no iPod software. It is iOS, that works on iOS devices. If you do not have a SIM in the device and it is not connected to a cellular network, you cannot call. You can wipe the iOS on the device, but when you restore it, it will still show the phone and contact apps, since those are with the iOS. Again, without wireless service, you will not be able to make a phone call. It will be the same as an iPod, you will just see a phone app that you did not see on an iPod. Please read the support document I provided.
You cannot remove those pre-installed apps (contacts, etc). They are installed with iOS because the software detects that you have a phone.
There is no way around this.
You may be able to disable some features by going into Settings>General>Restrictions, and turning off what you can there.
