It would be nice to be able to display my own personal banner such as my home phone number on the locked screen when using IOS8. The Reason? If I leave my cell phone somewhere lets say at work in a meeting room then the finder can simply look at the banner and call the number.
Is this possible?

I Created a note, took a screen shot, then used that for my lock screen image. It is an ICE message with my wife's name, our home numner, and her cell number.
With Find My Phone you can display an alert on the lock screen, if you lost your iPhone and want it to show, how it can be returned.
Also with iOS 8, you can use the health app's "Medical ID" feature to display emergency medical information. This information can be displayed without knowing the iPhone's lock codes in much the same way you can use the iPhone to dial an emergency number (911 in the U.S.).
