Graphics card Upgrade.

Will this card,

Asus ATI Radeon HD6450 Silence 1 GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card - EAH6450 SILENT/DI/1GD3(LP), work in my early 2009 mac pro model?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7), Has Bootcamp and Windows 7 pro installed

Anything (sans early boot sequence until login) will work in Windows but if it does not have EFI firmware or switch for Mac/PC and you aren't also using another card the EFI boot manager you see from the Option key will not display.

10.8.3+ adds more support and drivers for more graphic cards giving you more choices. 10.6.8 does not and is no longer being supported with security and Safari updates.

Unclear how you intend to use this.

I just need to upgrade, I currently have 2 nvidia Geforce GT120 512mb graphic cards currently, which since they don't SLI or crossfire having 2 is pointless, which barely runs my 30"HD monitor. More for gaming then anything. I am running version 10.9.5.

In your opinion what is a good, but fairly cheap, no more than $100, graphics card I can upgrade to?
