Access two store
I Have an Apple id in holland and I am now living in france. How do I access the French store with the same I'd?

As long as you haven't got a balance on your account or any outstanding series passes or rentals then you should be able to update the country and billing address on it : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
