my iphone 5S stopoped working a couple of hours after IOS software upgrade.
now only showing an apple on the screen.
no reaction on any button anymore.
does somebody has an ID to fix this?

Hi Do a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold down for upto 50 Seconds, see if iphone starts. Cheers Brian

Try resetting the device by pressing both the power and home button together for about 10 to 15 seconds. Your device should reboot and work fine. If that doesn't do the trick: connect your phone to your mac/pc and do the same routine, but let go of the power button and keep pressing the home button for another 10 sec. Your device should pop up in iTunes in DFU/repair mode. Hit the restore button, this completely wipes the device and reinstalls iOS. Make sure you have an iTunes or iCloud backup before doing this as all your data will be wiped. If the problem reoccurs after restoring from iTunes: try backing up to iCloud, wipe the device again and restore from iCloud.
