try to update adobe flash player and said to close safari i able to close safacu…and close com.apple.webkit.plugin.64 I tried to go to application/utilities ….but I cannot find it on the list so I can force quit it…..

In case anyone else has this problem, I had a slightly different solution. If you are using fast user switching, make sure you close all browsers in each user account. The try to run the installer again. Worked for me.
Thanks! Of course! I'd never gotten that message before, because apparently I never had browsers open in other accounts at the same time before. I was getting ready to restart, which would have solved the problem, but I wouldn't have understood why I was not able to get beyond the webkit snag. Thanks again!
