Hello everybody,
I'm trying to implement a programme in C++ using Xcode 6.1.1.
in my project I have created different files with .cpp and .h extensions.
but whenever I try to compile, I got the message in the attached photo below.
Does anyone have an idea why do I get this message ?

I had the same issue, it seems to have appeared for no reason. Following the recommendations on this and couple of other forums, I went through my headers and commented out, then uncommented declarations. The only thing I had in AppDelegate was @property (strong, nonatomic) UIWindow *window; really. Then I also made sure global variables have slightly different names between different classes and the problem is gone... Not sure what solved it, but hope this helps.
I'm guessing it was because you have duplicate symbols. It is probably something defined in a header file that should be in a source file.
I had this issue and the reason I found was the following:
- in my appDelegate.h I had a const object defined 'const int kMaxRecordsOnDevice = 1;'
- it should have been a static declaration i.e. 'static int kMaxRecordsOnDevice = 1;'
This solved my issue
