Help! Cant download Yosemite.

Help I just re-installed my macbook by cd and now the software is 10.6.8 and when I press download on Yosemite in app store nothing happens? Whats wrong? I had yosemite before I re-installed my pc.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
