iphone 4s doesn't open

iphone 4s doest not open it just shows the itune icon and usb cable on screen i tried to update and recover and still no hope

iPhone 4S, dont remember ios version

hi jason i had somebody check it and there was no hope they said its the motherboard thats gone

the update and restore does not allow it i get a code 22i have the iphone restored with copytrans manager but it doesnt recognize the cell and it does with itune so i really dont know what to do before i scrap it

the battery was changed with new and still had the same problem

let me know if theres away to save it
