Q: your payment method was destined. please enter another payment method. how can i connect appleID w my visa card again..!!

i have to connect Apple ID with my visa card. and it work normal. but after few days i found that i lose some amount of my money in my Account bank, so i decide to remove my visa code from my Apple ID.. and now i want to connnet my Visa card with Apple ID again.. but it not allow. it always show " your payment method was declined. please enter another payment method " i try it many time but it still fail.. What should i do? i want to connect it with my Visa card again. i have no other visa card..how can i connect it again ? can you help me.. i need a help..  hope you guys can gave me a good solution..
