Ipod touch 5th gen stuck in black screen

The reboot solution ( HOLDING THE POWER BUTTON AND THE HOME BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME UNTIL THE APPLE LOGO COMES ON SCREEN ) is not working anymore.. the screen is just black, and when i plugged it in itunes recognize my device and it says device stuck in recovery mode, so i clicked restore eventhough i knoew it would erase all my data but when 1 min left on restoring, there would just be an error something and i tried restoring again, same thing... i have been searching the internet and i am just done! HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEE

ERROR IN CONNECTION, but i got throught it now.. i itunes it updated and then extracting software and then waiting for ipod and now in the ipod screen the apple logo showed up with a status bar, but it's been plugged in for 7 hrs and nothing happens... just the apple logo and the status bar with no progress whatsoever... i am so done.. 😟

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try another cable

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
