when I swipe the screen the phone doesn't connect me to the caller

When I get a phonecall on my iPhone 5s it sound with very lLow volume and when I swipe the screen the phone doesn't connect me to the caller. Still the same problem after I turned it off and on again.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2
