Q: how to fix temperature eror?

Hi,

I am getting tired and angry when I tried to contact with Apple support... My iPhone6 got problem. I can't log in, can't charge the iphone.

The screen keeps showing the message "iphone needs to cool down before you can use it"... Actually I left it without useing for 2 days... Still nothing happens... Pls help me to fix it.. Or tell me how to fix it...

My iPhone 6 bought in US. But I am in Vietnam. My iphone seri: 354409062497347

Pls reply and tell me what happen... I don't want to receive another email to ask me go to the Apple Support... it doesn't work and not helpful at all...
