In my ipod shuffle, I listen so low the songs. I try to put the volumen up, but I cant. I mean, the sound is so low. please, somebody know how i can put the volumen up, because when i am running i cant listen well the songs.

My earpods just won't work. I have checked if there is any lint. None. I have my volume on my iPod shuffle up all the way and minimal volume at best. At first I thought it was my iPod. So, I plugged them into my computer and turned the volume up all the way and I had the same result. any way I can fix this easily? I have tried other headphones and at high volume I have to quickly take them off they are so loud so, I am sure my hearing is not the issue.
