Q: Upset for apple delivery

ordered an iPad mini3 on 7th Dec,  TNTexpress tracking website said : received data from apple on 8th Dec,  then have not received it yet today 16th Dec.

 

called apple customer service, a guy asked me to contact TNT EXPRESS LOGISTIC, TNT said they are doing Stocktaking, couldn't despatch mini3 to me, then went back to Apple Customer service again,   really upset by Apple ,  such as a big brand , treated customer as a football, kicking kicking.

 

Wondering who can help me here
