my friend gave my a gift card from singapore how can i use it if i live in us?
You can't, all iTunes gift cards (and other gifts) are country-specific - to be able to redeem and use a Singapore gift card you will need to be in Singapore with a Singapore billing address on your account.
BUt my friend from singapore used mu account to redeem my card but i she can't change mu country origin she need to my left over money so how can we remove mu left over money its only 0.50
You should not be letting other people use your account.

If you are in the US then you can only use the US store, you cannot use a Singapore gift card or the Singapore store - you will be violating the store's terms (terms which you agreed to) and Apple could potentially permanently disable your account.
BUt i do thid for many time when im in philippines my friend gave me a gift card from us the im in philippines i just change my may current location and its work now my problem is there is left over money in my account i need to dispose it before i change my country of origin
Then you were violating the store's terms when you did it.
You have to be in a country to use its store, they are the store's terms, and you agreed to those terms. Whilst you are in the US you can only use the US store.
If it an app hold down the app move to the trash can the uninstall
then reinstall it throw the app store

You CANNOT legally use the Singapore iTunes store unless you are physically located inside the borders of Singapore.
