Dec 20, 2014 11:20 PM in response to Mummy091113by connor08724,I'm not sure why you were charged more than you shouls have been, that right there will need to have a case opened. However the reason you cannot download anything even if it's free, is because, your debit card is now marked as declined so you will need to contact support to have that changed. If you put in another card number before clearing this, that card will be charged the £11.
