How can I delete all FaceTime recent calls on OS X Yosemite?
Right clicking and removing one by one, only?

Rui C,
Hit recent then clear and it should clear all calls.
Tommy
Tommy, I can't find such menu item in FaceTime.
Clearing recent items from the system menu doesn't work, it doesn't clear recent calls form FaceTime.
I think it must / should have one way to do it.
Tommy, thank you for your answer.
My FaceTime version is 3.0 (2142) and my screen is not like yours!!!
I had that screen on Mavericks but now it's different.
Are you using OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite? I think my FaceTime looks different ibecause of that.
Here is my screen shot after I clear recent calls one by one:
Video or audio sellecting calls are the only buttons I have and I don't see nothing either in menu bar to do clearing actions.
Am I missing something?
Right click on the left area (screenshot above, where "Recents" are) and then a "Remove All Recents" button appear.
Thank you, abf001.
Your suggestion works well when the recents list is not full.
But if there is no blank space bellow the recents list, we can not access that command, but another one that only allow information and clear one by one.
I think there must be an easy way to clear all.
Or there is missing a command???
If your list is full, there's a small space between the search box and the horizontal line that starts the list - I was able to get 'Remove All Recents' to pop up with a right-click in this area. It's definitely not very intuitive.
Not intuitive at all, but you got the answer.
Thank you, Morgon, you solve my question.
thank you so much!!!
For me it doesn't work.
When right clicking, last calls disappear alright.
But as soon as I re-open FaceTime, they are here again…
me too. deleted them but they come back seconds later. I even tried right click, remove from recents. closed FT app and re-opened, and the two recent calls deleted are appearing back on the recent list.
I had the same problem and I just clicked on the recent names on the list and simply pressed backspace. The only thing is you have to do it one by one 😟 there is no remove all or clear all tab for me!
Thank you!!!
I have the same exact issue and it's ******* me off. I right mouse click and get the popup to "Remove all Recents". I select this and the list is cleared. Close and re-open FaceTime and the list is populated again.
had to do it 3 times before it "stuck". Looks like you just have to repeat a few times...for now...on my machine...
