Q: iPhone 5 keep crashing after the new update

Dec 21, 2014 3:15 PMby amirtamadon,I had same issue after updating to 8.0 and Apple tech support asked me to update to 8.1, but it did not solve any of the issues. Now that I have updated to 8.2, the Siri comes on and goes off instantly, the phone freezes once a day, I still have to reset the phone in order to fix it. Can I restore to OS 7?
