my acc on icloud is disable, i can not access, can you help me ?

dear support team,

I have used one user on icloud and it was blocked by a reason, and I can not open it, please help me solve this problem.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

It sounds like your Apple ID has been disabled for some reason. When dealing with issues of that nature, the following Knowledge Base article offers up some great recommendations:

Hi Pedro,

Thanks your answer, but my icloud account is locked and the answers to recover my password are not accepted, my mail on icloud is blocked and does not receive mail. I am trying to contact the support team.

Thanks for the update and further clarification of your issue. In your situation this article would prove most useful:

If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

Particularly:

If you can't reset your security questions

If you couldn't send a reset email, don't have a rescue email address, or can't access email at your rescue email address, contact Apple Support. Apple may ask you to generate a temporary support PIN to verify your identity. After you reset your security questions, you might want to update your rescue email address.
