Q: NO Upload button and NO iCloud Drive toolbar

I DO NOT SEE Upload button in the iCloud Drive toolbar,

and I do not see any tool bar, other than the window with apps such as contacts, calendar, pages, etc. but no upload button .. is THAT the toolbar?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.0.x)

Are you signed into iCloud with the same AppleID you used, when you upgraded to iCloud Drive?

 

Is iCloud Drive enabled on one of your your devices? In the "System Preferences > iCloud" on your Mac?

    Are you asking about iCloud Drive on https://www.icloud.com/#iclouddrive  ?

    In the window with apps click the  iCloud Drive app.

    It will show this view, with a cloud icon with an upload arrow:

    Answer: Yes.  But, my page does not look like yours.  I get something like your 1st page, via the pop-down on left in my photo.

    But, what you get (your 2nd photo) when you click ICloud in your 1st photo, is NOT what I get.

    1st photo below is the iCloud window I get (https://www.icloud.com/#iclouddrive).  Where it says "iCloud Drive" … that's a pop-down, which simply shows what you are showing in your 1st photo ... notice, no iCloud in the sky such as what your arrow points to.  And, if I clock iCloud in that 2nd photo, it just brings me back to the 1st pic I am showing.  And, nothing in the menu bar.

    I got a page like your first one, with the nice colors, a couple times, but not any more.

    Thanks for your help; hoping you have more ideas. Ananda
