Q: I did sync my photos with itunes, now I can not delete them from my Iphone (I can only see them w/o the delete option, I also tried from itunes but it doesn't work with me, Can anyone help ?

If you did sync your photos to your iPhone using iTunes, to delete those photos, they would need to be synced off. The article explains how to sync these photos off using iTunes. The article was written for iTunes 11, not the new iTunes 12. Step 1 is the only step affected by this; the location of your device will be in the top left, not top right.

To delete synced photos and videos from your device

1. In iTunes, click the Device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper-right corner first.)
2. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
3. Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
   Note: To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos."
4. Click Apply.

The article below shows the interface you will see in iTunes 12. The Device management section specifically will show you where your device is located in iTunes.
