Q: how do I get to settings to check and unckeck playlists?

OK..running Yosemite, latest version of iTunes. This is the first sync on yosemite. Back on Mavericks, there was a window where I could click on the ipod icon and go to wjat's on the ipod, and check and uncheck playlists while I manually manage the lists. What happened to it? How do I manually manage this ipod? btw, this product listing, I can't edit that either so just ignore what it says I have.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Logic Express 9.1, Logic Pro 10.0.6
