Q: iphone 5 i do not hear too good when i talk with someoane.Is because of the new update. what i can do?

i do not hear too good when i talk on the phone. Something is wrong since the last update.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.2

hi... it's me again... i wrote you last time when i made the update because i had that problem .... well... everything was ok after you sent me the mail but now, again after the last update, i have the same probleam : even if it's at maximum the sound, i do not hear good...
