Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I see that your daughter's iOS device is receiving texts from either you or your wife. What is likely the case here is that iMessage is signed in to her device with one of your Apple ID's. Check out the article below for more information.
Messages
- Tap Settings > Messages.
- Tap Send & Receive.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
- Tap Use your Apple ID for iMessage.
- Enter your Apple ID and password, then tap Sign In.
