Beware of incipio cases

I Got my iPhone 6 plus last week via sprint and with the 200 dollars store credit that I got back, I decided to buy an incipio case. First off the guy struggled to put it on. Then I came home and decided to order a "girly hard back case " for it so I did. When the new case arrived I struggled for 20 mins to take the incipio off. In the end I succeeded, but I had to pay the price with 6 small scratches on the back of my iphone in the camera bar area. As I was struggling I searched YouTube and came to find out, incipio is notoriously hard to take off, and to be honest, I regret buying it. I have sprint full protection plan but I'm not sure if these cosmetic damages are even covered,
