Dec 18, 2014 8:28 AM in response to Shinygirlby lllaass,- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. All your wifi and bluetooth preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected. You will have to rejoin wifi networks and repair BT devices

Dec 18, 2014 9:43 AM in response to lllaassby Shinygirl,Thanks for the reply but the iPod touch 7th Generation has no network settings as it isn't a device that connects to a network, it only plays music and does the Nike Fitness. Were you thinking of an iPad? Your reply doesn't really help me. Hope someone can answer my question.

Dec 18, 2014 9:47 AM in response to Shinygirlby lllaass,There is not 7G iPod touch. The latest iPod touch is the 5G which was release over two years ago.
Do you have the little 7G iPod nano?

Dec 18, 2014 11:21 AM in response to lllaassby Shinygirl,I have just checked its box and it is the iPod 7G Nano. Either way, it has no ability to connect to a network through wi-fi and I cannot find anything about resetting it as per your previous post.

Dec 18, 2014 12:49 PM in response to Shinygirlby lllaass,First try going to Settings and at the bottom of the screen when you scroll the is a button that says Reset Settings. Try that.
Next would be to connect to computer and restore via iTunes.
I do have an 7G iPod Nano too.

Dec 18, 2014 2:34 PM in response to lllaassby Shinygirl,Thank you for your replies. I knew that reverting the iPod back to factory settings would resolve the issue, as it acts like a new iPod but I came here to find a solution without having to wipe my device and lose the history of my runs stored within it. I know they will be stored on the Nike + website but I do like having them on the iPod.
I did try to reset settings, but this just reset my personal settings, like my height, weight etc. It didn't reset the fact I had a sensor already paired with the device and was still telling me that the "iPod is already linked with a sensor."
I guess I can keep looking or wipe the iPod and restore it back to factory settings and let it sync my music back onto it, and then put in my personal information again.
Thank you in advance for your help.
