What it seems like is that the events are coming in at different time zones, so then it may have to do with the settings. If you go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and scroll down to the Calendars Section look for an option for Time Zone Override. If you have it Off, then that means that no matter what time zone you are entered in, the events will be adjusted to the current time zone. What this is useful for is if you are joining a meeting that is outside of your Time Zone, your iPhone will adjust the time so that you can join that meeting at the same time as others in the other Time Zone. If you have it On, then that means what time you set is the time it will be. Take a look at the article below, it does talk about Time Zone Support but the verbiage has recently changed to Time Zone Override. If you are using iCloud Calendars, you may need to change it there as well
