Dec 18, 2014 12:21 PM in response to jansel22by OGELTHORPE,Have you looked at this support article?
http://support.apple.com/en-us/TS3742
Try running an Apple hardware Test:
http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201257
Perhaps this may provide a clue.
Note that an error free AHT is not definitive.
Ciao
The panic report indicates that you have a 2012 MBP, not a 2011.

Dec 18, 2014 3:23 PM in response to jansel22by OGELTHORPE,Try the AHT holding down the OPTION+D keys.
If no success, get the #2 original installation disk with the AHT instructions on it. That should work.
Ciao.

Dec 18, 2014 3:46 PM in response to jansel22by OGELTHORPE,You did press the OPTION+D key and not the OPTION+R key?
Of so, use the DVD, as previously mentioned, will have to be used.

Dec 18, 2014 3:53 PM in response to OGELTHORPEby jansel22,Yes i press option+D , i also checked it on youtube and they also had this internet recovery but it passes fine, but in mine it stucks. I also had this internet recovery issue while i was trying to clean install OSX but then i had to install the OSX using a bootable USB.
Do you now where i can get the DVD?

Dec 18, 2014 4:01 PM in response to jansel22by OGELTHORPE,Early 2011 MBPs came with 2 Snow Leopard install disks. Unless you threw them away, they should be where you stored them.
Ciao.

Dec 18, 2014 4:06 PM in response to OGELTHORPEby stedman1,Hi OG. The info contained in the pictures above indicate that the OP actually has a MacBook Pro 9,1 (Mid 2012).
This model shipped with Lion (10.7.4).

Dec 18, 2014 4:22 PM in response to stedman1by OGELTHORPE,Your correct, of course. I added that to my initial response this afternoon, but obviously I did not review that this evening. Not the first oversight on my part. Thank you for keeping me honest.
In view of that the OP should probably book an appointment at an Apple store genius bar. The technicians can run their forensic software.
Ciao.

Dec 19, 2014 10:33 AM in response to OGELTHORPEby jansel22,Thank you for your correction, yes it is mid 2012, i am getting this error : 6002D error and therefore can not run AHT.
where i am living, there is no Apple Store available and no Apple Providers. Do you think this is a hardware issue or software?
I had this error for a month now, i thought it is because of the HDD, and i got an SSD to try with it as well, but no luck.
Thank you.

Dec 19, 2014 11:37 AM in response to jansel22by OGELTHORPE,Try a Safe Boot:
http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
If the kernel panics occur, it indicates a hardware issue. If not it suggests a third party element as the culprit. This will not be 100% definitive.
Ciao.
