itunes in spanish

I am having an ipod nano brought down for a friend here in Mexico. He does not speak or read in English, does Itunes come in Spanish, we know that he can put his nano into spanish, but does Itunes work in Spanish so he can transfer his music more easily. I do not live very close to him and calls are expensive from myh region to his. any help would ber appreciated
