Battery Percentage Mismatch

Hi Guys,

I'm using a Macbook Pro 13" w/ Retina Display (Mid-2014) with latest Yosemite update.

I'm having a problem with my battery percentage indicator at the top of the screen. It always over-report the battery % left by an extra 4~5%.

When I did a check at [ About This Mac > System Report > Power ], I did a Charge Remaining (mAh) divide by Full Charge Capacity (mAh) manual calculation. The result is always different from the battery percentage indicator at the top of the screen.

However, my iStat Pro widget is able to accurately display the %.

Has anyone experienced such a problem and how did you fix it?
