If your Apple TV is still not streaming this video correctly even after a restart, I would next restore the device with iTunes, and this article will help you out there.

Dec 23, 2014 3:44 AM in response to Seth from Tacomaby appleuserinthehouse,I have this exact same problem and notice it is the ABC app. If I stream any other app, then I do not have this issue. If I stream the ABC app from my iPhone to the Apple TV, then I do not have any issues. It is only when I am using the ABC app on the Apple TV and watching a show that the partial reboot happens every two minutes.

Jan 12, 2015 7:43 PM in response to Stacyelaby drootstein,I was having the exact same issue. I wrote in to Watch ABC support. They recommended logging out of ABC and restarting the Apple TV. Also, they mentioned making sure the time zone is set automatically (mine was already on this setting).
Logging out, restarting, and then logging back in worked for me. Give it a shot if you haven't already.

Jan 12, 2015 9:21 PM in response to drootsteinby Seth from Tacoma,To their credit, ABC did get back to me with the same suggestion: disconnect on the AppleTV then flush the cache on my browser and re-authorize the app. Worked!
