My icloud page is now a mass of chinese characters. The mail box options on the left hand side is now entirely obscured by a dense mass of chinese writing.
Is anyone else having this problem? And is there an obvious solution? I suppose what worries me is that this might spread....
Hello and thanks for your reply. The setting is set on English and when I first open the page all is as it should be. The chinese characters appear as a 'gradual creep' that ultimately obliterates all the English text underneath.
If I close the page then re-open all is temporarily normal until the chinese characters start to re-appear.

So it is some kind of graphic background I guess? It appears to be the same 3 lines repeated over and over again. I'm suspect nobody at Apple will be able to duplicate your experience. It's really important to make clear whether this affects all browsers or just Firefox.

I recommend you open SETTINGS on the iCloud.com frontpage and find the language options. Change it back to English.
I stumbled upon this, to solve chinese signs in Calendar. Maybe it somehow solves your issue too. Uncheck "show Lunar calendar"
I've thought about it, maybe it's best to call Apple and ask them if they're aware of this issue and are investigating it: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

I have never seen this before and can't think of an explanation right off the bat.
You're using Firefox. Do you have the same problem in Safari?

If I log on from another computer than it is not there, so I suspect it is just Firefox which I use.
