My front facing camera has moved on my Iphone 6.

If the screen's damage is physical, accidental damage, Apple will not replace the phone for free. Can you post a picture of what you mean by the camera "moving?"

Ultimately, you won't know whether Apple will cover it until you take it in, but if the camera just moved on its own and the phone has not been dropped, it should be covered. I took mine to the apple store yesterday and they offered to either change the display or exchange the device, after 1 hour they said 2 screens failed calibration and they exchanged the device...

I have to say the camera was working properly, I was just annoyed by the gray crescent on it.

Also I didn't get the apple care warranty when I got the phone.

Apple does not provide any documents when they exchange a device. You will need to either send in your device or go to your nearest Apple store to have them diagnose the problem. Bring with you your purchase receipt in case they want to see it.
