Q: My 11 year old locked my iPhone 5c

She took out the sim now my phone says that sim dosent belong to that carried what do i do , my carrier saya contact Apple?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.0.2

Hi Oscarashley,

Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like the phone is having trouble with a sim card. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you isolate or resolve the issue.
