Q: I bought more storage but it keeps saying not enough storage and it dosent allow me to take pictures and it dosent switch from picture or video or anything it stays frozen

I Am having problems using my camera it dosent allow me to switch to camera Ect... And I am having problem with it saying I have no storage when I bought more

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1

    You can't buy more storage for your iPhone, if you've bought iCloud storage then it meant for your backups.

    You need to delete stuff from your iPhone.

    ckuan is right. You can go into iTunes and uncheck stuff, it'll offload files from the phone. Update, then reload the stuff.

    Look at it as a chance to edit the stuff in your phone and organize; it'll all be on your hard drive after you sync. Although it should be there already anyway, updates itself over wifi.
