My iPad 2 had Siri working until I updated to iOS 8.1.2

iPad 2 used Sari and it functioned well. The iPad is up to date with iOS 8.1.2. Now Sari does work, how do I get it back?

Siri never worked on the iPad 2 unless your device was jailbroken.
