"Slide to Upgrade"??????

Tried to reset iPad 2 to factory settings (forgot my password) and also updated it to iOS8, but now a white screen with a bar saying "slide to upgrade"?????

Did you slide the bar? Are you sure this isn't in reference to iCloud Drive? It's been so long since I activated a device, but that doesn't sound familiar to me.

The same thing happend to me. I have a passcode but now the passcode that I saved won't work
