i got a 5c and wiped it but having iTunes and charger problems so can't connect to anything yet. i was about get everything sorted but when i took my sim from my 4S it wouldnt fit in 5C is that normal? is it like that internationally? i saw nothing about micro sims getting smaller??? thanks

You will need a new SIM card, as the 5C uses a Nano SIM.
Yes, well of course that is normal because if you look the 4s uses a micro sim and the 5c uses a nano sim - so in the 5c, the micro sim did get smaller and because a nano sim.
Go out and get a new nano sim card for your iPhone 5c.
