Q: Cant Delete APPLE ID on Iphone

when i try to verify by email.. i do not get the email. ( perhaps because it was an old email i no longer have) when i try to enter my birth dates for security questions..that too fails.

 

 

how can this be resolved. i keep getting a popup notice every 10sec on my phone to sign in via appleID ( super super annoying )
