Make sure that all your CC details are EXACTLY as they appear on your card/statement and try again.
I assume it's registered in the country you are trying to register with the store with (your location)

Dec 26, 2014 6:02 PM in response to Ybharjonoby ROB329,I had the same problem and figured it out after about 8 times. It had to do with the type of credit card shown in the icons. I was trying to put in AMEX info, but the wrong icon was picked above where it showed the types of credit cards. Make sure the double sure the correct credit card icon is clicked. It doesn't shade the others when you do, it just puts a box around it if I remember. Hope this helps.
