    Apple will not replace the screen on your iPad. The device will be replaced with a refurbished unit equal to the one you have. Before going to the Apple store or sending the device to Apple be sure to back up all your apps and data so your new iPad can be restored with the minimal of problems. I also recommend that you do not get tempted to have a third part try to replace the screen. This will void your warranty. The replacement iPad will have a warranty.

    but I have replaced before the iphone display with 30 euro at Apple store in berlin Kurfuerstendamm

    so what is different with iPad display ?

    moreover my warranty for this iPad is already finished

    so they should only replace the display against charge !

    My iPad is not eligible for warranty service. What are my service options?

    Apple offers two service options for iPads that are not eligible for warranty service.

    1. Battery Replacement Service

      If your iPad requires service only because the battery's ability to hold an electrical charge has diminished, please refer to the Battery Replacement Service information.

    2. Out-of-Warranty Service

      If you own an iPad that is ineligible for warranty service but is eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service, Apple will replace your iPad with an iPad that is new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability for the Out-of-Warranty Service fee listed below.
