HELP - iTunes has changed from English to Chinese

My iTunes was set up in English, but today I got a new phone (iPhone 5s - not sure if this is part of the problem) but when I started my iTunes, it was in a different language - maybe Russia. I closed it, and when I opened it again, it was in Chinese. I'm not sure how to change this back to English as I can't understand the Chinese symbols. How do I fix it? Thanks

Hi clare114,

If iTunes is in anther language, first check the language settings of Mac OS X. If you go to System Preferences and go to Language & Text to make sure that English is at the top. If all is good there and it looks more like content from the iTunes Store, then check to make sure that you are signed into the correct store region. Take a look at the articles below for more information.
