Not sure what 90 days has to do with this.

There is no 90 day limit on redownloads.

There is no guarantee that any content will be available for redownload. Not all content will be available for redownload.  Some movie distributors do not allow this.

I has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.  Did you fail to do this?

If so, then you can go to Purchased, under Quick links in the iTunes store and see if this movie is available for redownload.

You sure you bought it and didn't rent the movie? I agree with roaminggnome about there being no time limit on downloading a movie you bought, so as long as it's listed in your "purchases" then you should be able to download. I bought a movie more than two years ago and can still download it again if I loose it - that's the beauty of iTunes purchases - it remembers them and lets you download again in case you need to. Perhaps you should contact iTunes support and let them know you can't download a purchased movie and see if they can help figure out the problem.

Take a look at the instructions at their web site at support.apple.com/en-us/HT2519 - i followed these and they let me download a movie I purchased in 2012 without a hitch. There is some kind of a limitation if you've already downloaded the movie to another computer in the past 90 days, so if it's been less than that since you've downloaded, you might have to wait.

    good luck with your issue
