Q: My problem is my iPhone 5 can not turn on?

Dear all,

My problem is my iPhone 5 can not turn on.

when I press button turn on it will appear logo Apple and then the screen is automatic turn off.

so after then the screen my iPhone will turn on and off automatic.

Please help me to provide solution to me. What can I do.

Hey Jack081,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPhone will not start past the Apple logo. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you isolate or resolve the issue.
