beats pill 2 won't charge

Beats pill 2 will not charge. I charged it overnight and it's still showing red. It will not turn green. When I unplug it won't play. It's as if it was not charged.

Hi,make sure your Beats Pill is switched on when charging (the white light next to the red charging light should glow light and dim) and it should charge fine.
