Q: Unable to connect Bluetooth with iphone 5 to iPad air 2

Unable to connect iPhone 5 with iPad air 2 via Bluetooth

have tried restarting both devices also tried on / off bluetooth several times on both devices

but both devices do not detect at all

but other bluetooth devices are detected easily by both devices

very sad surprising that two APPLE devices not connecting both running on the same version
